Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT agency, Xelogic Solutions.

This is a high-growth role for someone who wants to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through Google, LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
  • Research target industries (Interior designers, clinics, gyms, real estate, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads daily

Client Outreach

  • Send cold emails, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn outreach
  • Explain services such as Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing
  • Schedule meetings and product demos

Sales & Conversion

  • Understand client requirements and share proposals
  • Coordinate between client and technical team
  • Close deals and meet monthly targets

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong follow-ups
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction after project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
  • Strong negotiation & convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing
  • Fresher with Basic communication skills can also apply

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

  • 6 months – 1 years in sales / business development
  • Experience in IT or digital marketing sales
  • Experience in Upwork / Freelancer bidding (optional but good)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
