Position: Business Development Executive – Student Business

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Job Summary:

As a BDE, the primary responsibility is to guide students traveling overseas for higher studies to remit fees and living expenses through FRR Forex. The BDE will also be responsible for expanding the educational consultant channel for FRR Forex. This the BDE will oversee pre-sales, sales, and post-sales of the entire remittance process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist each student through the entire remittance process, ensuring the collection of all mandatory documents.

2. Conduct webinars with partner educational consultants to guide students/parents through the remittance process, covering key topics like forex rates and mandatory documentation, thereby building trust in FRR Forex.

3. Follow up with students for semester fees and living expenses, which are typically paid in two instalments per year.

4. Maximize the margin for each transaction to increase overall revenue for FRR Forex.

5. Cross-sell additional services like education loans, visa facilitation, and insurance for added revenue

6. Expand the network of educational consultants and onboard them as partners with FRR Forex to direct their students for fee and living expense remittance through FRR Forex.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

1. Achieve target for the FY • Absolute revenue (Margin) target • Transaction value target • Students target

2. Handhold each student / parent through the remittance process

3. Increase the base of education consultants • Add (target number) of UG consultants • Add (target number) of PG consultants

4. Organise (target number) of webinars with each onboarded consultant

Qualities & Attributes

1. Two + years of experience in Overseas education consultants (No Byju’s experience)

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills

3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents & educational consultants

4. Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales funnel management

Please note Working Days: 6 days – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Overseas Education Counselor or Student Remittance: 2 years (Required)
