We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Pitch company services to potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development.
  • BBA / MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify leads, pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Target-driven and capable of working under pressure.
  • Male candidates With License preferred.
