We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, preferably in the education industry. This role involves identifying new leads, managing client relationships, and supporting enrollment and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector
  • Build and grow Institutional networks
  • Travel within your region
  • Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, emails, and events
  • Promote Style of Learning courses and programs to students, and parents
  • Build relationships with schools & classes for partnerships
  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events
  • Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective campaign execution and follow-ups
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
