Business Development Executive (BDE)

A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by finding new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue, focusing strategically on market expansion, lead generation, and securing partnerships, often through B2B sales, pitching services, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets and expand the customer base .

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients and new markets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong ties with prospects and partners.
  • Sales & Pitching: Presenting products/services, demonstrating solutions, and negotiating contracts.
  • Market Research: Analyzing trends to develop effective growth strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining databases with client and lead information.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
