Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, marketing, and relationship building. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their careers in the publishing and media industry while gaining exposure to international clients, advertising partnerships, and brand collaborations.

The candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, promote advertising services, and build long-term business relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Build targeted prospect lists including CEOs, founders, marketing heads, and business leaders.
  • Conduct research to identify companies interested in advertising, branding, and partnership opportunities.

Client Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present advertising and branding opportunities in the Business Success Elites magazine and digital platforms.

Sales Strategy & Deal Closing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate advertising deals and partnership agreements with clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.

Market Research

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Identify emerging markets and companies suitable for magazine features and promotions.

Campaign & Event Support

  • Assist in organizing webinars, promotional campaigns, and brand events.
  • Support marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track sales activities and maintain lead data using CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams for service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Prior internship or sales experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
