Business development executive (BDE)

Bitzsol Digital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, skilled in lead generation and client communication, and eager to contribute to business growth in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads using platforms like Apollo and Clutch
  • Identify and bid on projects through Upwork and PeoplePerHour
  • Write compelling proposals and communicate with potential clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in lead generation and online bidding
  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and client handling
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
