Business Development Executive (BDE) – 2 Years Experience

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at PHPTRAVELS.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Research and approach potential clients (local & international)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Convert leads into long-term business deals
  • Prepare proposals and present company services
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Maintain proper records of leads and conversions (CRM)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate and close leads independently
  • Experience in SaaS / IT / Travel industry is a plus
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
  • Good understanding of client handling and sales cycle

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour
