About the Role

SWBI Architects is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with a strong flair for the design and architectural domain. The ideal candidate will combine communication excellence, client-facing confidence, and a keen understanding of design-driven businesses. This role involves preparing high-impact presentations, collaborating with senior leadership, and engaging proactively with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare compelling RFP submissions, pitch decks, and client presentations for design and architectural projects.

· Work closely with senior leaders to understand client requirements, project scope, and positioning strategies.

· Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

· Convert leads into opportunities by articulating SWBI’s value proposition and capabilities effectively.

· Maintain and update the BD pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and closures.

· Represent the firm in client interactions with professionalism and clarity.

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent command over written and spoken English.

· High level of comprehension—ability to quickly understand briefs, design intent, and client expectations.

· Strong presentation skills with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful decks.

· Proficiency in presentation and design software such as PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent.

· Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders confidently.

Preferred Background

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Prior experience in business development within architecture, interior design, real estate, or a related design-centric domain.

· Understanding of design processes, terminologies, and project cycles is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
