Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing services and enjoys consultative selling rather than aggressive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Web, etc.)
- Conduct discovery calls and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and pricing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and pipeline status
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (digital marketing agency experience preferred)
- Basic to good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and client calls
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
