Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 + Incentive (up to PKR 30,000)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in OOH, HoReCa, and B&I channels, and will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely execution of orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales of key SKUs through effective and strategic selling techniques
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, office, and institutional clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (OOH, HoReCa, or B&I preferred)
  • Experience in electronics, office equipment, or institutional sales will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
