Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch IT and digital services to potential customers and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in assigned market segments.
- Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Follow-ups & Negotiations: Regularly follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate to close deals effectively.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, project quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
