Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in the US and international markets.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
Generate business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Maintain a structured lead tracker / CRM.
Follow up consistently until closure or disqualification.
Share proposals, company profile, and capability documents with clients.
Follow up on proposals and support negotiations within management guidelines.
Generating Leads, moving the opportunities through the sales cycle.
Keeping the pipeline strong by strong follow up.

Qualification
B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Civil With MBA preferred.

Experience
2+ years in business development for Engineering Industry.

Work Location
Pathi Nagar, Salem Road, Namakkal.
