We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in IT/Software/Animation/VR/AR sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through:
- LinkedIn
- Cold calling
- Email marketing
- Online bidding platforms
- Networking & referrals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Required Skills:
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of IT services, mobile apps, website development, 2D/3D animation, AR/VR, or game development.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Experience handling domestic & international clients is an added advantage.
