Business Development Executive (BPO)

Job Description:
We are looking for confident and motivated Business Development Executives (BPO) for our on-site operations. This role involves outbound calling, engaging potential customers, introducing company services, and qualifying leads for the closing team. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present and explain services in a clear and professional manner
• Build customer interest and maintain engagement
• Qualify leads and forward them to closers
• Verify basic customer information accurately
• Maintain call logs and daily performance reports
• Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Job Requirements:

• Good command of spoken English
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic communication style
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Willing to work night shifts
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous BPO, sales, or outbound calling experience is a plus
