Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in BPO/Call Center sector
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Business Development (BPO industry preferred)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
