Business Development Executive (BPO / Call Center)

Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Market)

About the Role:

We are hiring a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive for our growing BPO. Your main responsibility will be to bring new US-based call center projects (ACA, Medicare, Final Expense, etc.) and close deals.

If you know how to find clients and convert them into long-term business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads (US clients preferred)
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, Upwork, etc.
• Pitch call center services professionally
• Close new campaigns and projects
• Maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development (BPO preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in US market is a plus
• Confident negotiator and deal closer
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
