We are looking for a Business Development Executive (B2B) to generate new software projects using multiple lead-generation methods and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate must understand software services, client requirements, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads through multiple methods: LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, Upwork/Freelance platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch software services and present solutions to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into successful software development projects.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B software sales/Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of software services, SaaS, and project lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to bring new business and close deals.
