Business Development Executive (Chinese Speaker)

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive sales growth for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, agents, and corporate clients
  • Promote real estate development projects and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth deal closures
  • Negotiate terms and support contract finalization
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
  • Participate in exhibitions, property shows, and networking events
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within real estate or property development
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development projects and off-plan sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is preferred
