Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at ExpoBird. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, preparing proposals, arranging meetings, and assisting in converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
• Prepare customized business proposals based on client needs.
• Schedule and manage client meetings (online or in-person).
• Maintain communication and follow-up to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain a record of client communications and report progress to management.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client handling and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and branding.
• Excellent writing skills for proposals and emails.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
