About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities across IT projects, Call Center services, Medical Billing, and related domains. The role is purely commission-based, ideal for someone confident in client hunting, lead generation, and closing deals using advanced tools and proven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt for new clients across multiple industries (IT, Call Centers, Medical Billing, etc.).
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to generate high-quality leads.
  • Research, identify, and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Develop customized pitches and proposals to win new projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients globally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales in IT, BPO, or healthcare outsourcing (Medical Billing preferred).
  • Strong client-hunting and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Existing client base or strong network in outsourcing domains will be a plus.
