About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities across IT projects, Call Center services, Medical Billing, and related domains. The role is purely commission-based, ideal for someone confident in client hunting, lead generation, and closing deals using advanced tools and proven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for new clients across multiple industries (IT, Call Centers, Medical Billing, etc.).
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to generate high-quality leads.
- Research, identify, and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Develop customized pitches and proposals to win new projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients globally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales in IT, BPO, or healthcare outsourcing (Medical Billing preferred).
- Strong client-hunting and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation platforms.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a result-oriented mindset.
- Existing client base or strong network in outsourcing domains will be a plus.
