We design and deliver high level, invite only executive roundtables, leadership forums and strategic dinners for global solution providers, fintech firms, consulting companies and technology leaders.

Our events bring together carefully curated senior decision makers from banking, financial services, energy, manufacturing, healthcare and technology sectors in major cities including London, Dubai, Amsterdam, Boston, Houston and Singapore.

We are growing our Dubai team and looking for ambitious, growth minded graduates who want to build a serious global career in business development.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for securing new event partnerships globally.

You will reach out to:

  • Fintech firms
  • Consulting and advisory companies
  • Enterprise technology providers
  • AI, digital transformation and innovation firms
  • Market leading solution providers across industries

Your goal is to position our executive events as a high value platform for them to connect with their ideal target accounts and senior decision makers.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and connect with global decision makers via LinkedIn Premium
  • Initiate conversations with senior marketing and business leaders
  • Pitch our executive event sponsorship model
  • Close deals between 29,000 AED to 110,000 AED per partnership

(USD 8,000 to 30,000 equivalent)

  • Build and manage your own international portfolio

Compensation

Commission Only

  • 10 to 20 percent commission per deal based on performance
  • Deal sizes range from 29,000 AED to 110,000 AED
  • On target earnings: 180,000 to 220,000 AED per year

(USD 50,000 to 60,000 equivalent)

  • Uncapped earnings potential

Top performers can significantly exceed OTE.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early career professional
  • Highly ambitious and commercially driven
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives
  • Access to laptop and LinkedIn Premium
  • Self disciplined and comfortable working remotely
  • Based in Dubai
