We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and expand our local B2B and international export sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cosmetics and beauty market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesalers, retailers, distributors, pharmacies, salons, and key clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pricing negotiations
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data in CRM systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or wholesale trading
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the UAE market is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (Arabic, Persian or other is a plus)
