Job Title: Business Development Executive - CRM Sales

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months (Starting December 1)

About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic CRM Sales & Client Onboarding Executive for one of our personal ventures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and Knowledge with the GoHighLevel CRM platform. This is not a software sales role—this role is focused on CRM-driven sales processes, lead handling, onboarding, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct CRM-based sales activities.
  • Execute targeted outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Manage and nurture leads through our existing funnels.
  • Onboard new clients into the system and ensure smooth setup.
  • Communicate with prospects and clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine processes and improve conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, CRM operations, inside sales, or related roles.

Mandatory:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to run cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of basic sales funnels and lead workflows.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
