Position: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Karachi | Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can take charge of our sales process — from handling leads and client communication, making proposals to closing deals.
You’ll represent Ocreateo’s digital marketing services confidently, build relationships, and help bring in new business opportunities while coordinating with the operations team for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present Ocreateo’s services and tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close new accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Report sales progress and insights to the Agency Head.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in a digital or creative agency).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
  • Strong presentation skills and fluent English.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
