Job Description

Branding Pioneers is looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong understanding of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in pitching marketing solutions, handling client conversations, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Web Development
• Understand client business goals and suggest suitable marketing solutions
• Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in selling digital marketing services (agency experience preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
