We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing with strong B2B experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for digital marketing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B business development experience (digital marketing agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • own visa / Freelance visa / Spouse / Sponsor Visa candidates only required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 - 5000 per month + Incentives
  • Incentives: Based on revenue generation
  • Perks: Telecom & travel expenses provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
