This is a hardcore SALES & CLOSING role

Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE agency SALES experience who has personally closed deals for SEO, social media retainers, Google Ads, and website development.

If you have not closed revenue, this role is not for you.

Services You Will SELL (Not Manage)

• SEO monthly retainers
• Social Media Management packages
• Google Ads / Performance Marketing
• Website & Mobile App Development
• Branding, Creative & IT solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business in the UAE market
• Cold calling, prospecting & field meetings
• Pitch digital solutions & close deals independently
• Sell monthly retainers (SEO / SMM)
• Prepare proposals & commercial terms
• Negotiate pricing and close targets
• Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
• Coordinate with delivery teams post-closure

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Minimum 2 years in ONE UAE digital marketing/web/IT agency (sales role only)
• Proven experience closing SEO/SMM/Google Ads/website deals
• Comfortable with:
• Field sales
• Cold calling
• Monthly revenue targets
• Strong pitching & negotiation skills
• Existing UAE client contacts = advantage

Location: Dubai (Mandatory)
