We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Full Cycle) to join our fast-growing digital marketing and website agency. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process — from identifying and prospecting potential clients to conducting meetings (online & in-person), presenting solutions, and closing deals. You will receive qualified leads from our lead generation team but are also expected to generate new opportunities through your own efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and close warm leads provided by the lead generation team.
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct physical and online meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and present customized digital marketing & website solutions.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing, IT, or web development).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and manage the full sales cycle.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) and website development is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
