Business Development Executive (Dubai Market) – Canadian Marketing Agency Expansion

About VAdz Media Inc.

VAdz Media Inc. is a Canadian-registered social media marketing agency specializing in cinematic content creation, social media management, paid ads, and branding for restaurants, salons, real estate, clinics, and retail brands.

We are now expanding into Dubai and are seeking a Dubai-based Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to represent our services on-ground while we establish our UAE presence.

All operations currently run under our Canadian legal entity, making this position a contractor role (not a UAE employment visa) until our Dubai trade license is obtained.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-networked, and Dubai-savvy sales professional who can:

• Approach businesses through field visits
• Pitch social media and marketing services
• Explain our packages clearly and professionally
• Close monthly retainers
• Represent VAdz Media Inc. in Dubai during our expansion phase

This role is results-driven, flexible, and ideal for someone who knows how Dubai’s business landscape works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits in areas like Business Bay, JLT, JVC, Marina, Al Barsha, Deira, Karama, etc.
• Approach, introduce, and explain VAdz Media’s social media services effectively
• Present our portfolio, pricing packages, and case studies confidently
• Collect client requirements and send them to the founder for onboarding
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and visits
• Build strong relationships with business owners and managers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn high commissions
• Maintain professionalism when representing a Canadian agency during expansion

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you MUST meet the following:

✔ Strong knowledge of the Dubai market

Understanding how businesses operate in hospitality, real estate, beauty, retail, and clinics.

✔ Prior sales or business development experience

Preferred industries:

• Marketing & digital services
• Real estate
• Hospitality suppliers
• POS/Software sales
• Retail or beauty industry sales

✔ Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English.
Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a major advantage.

✔ Must have own conveyance

Car or bike required for field visits.

✔ Comfortable with field sales

This role involves walking into businesses and pitching professionally.

✔ Professional, confident, and target-driven

You work independently but achieve measurable results.

Important Legal & Operational Notes

To protect both parties and stay compliant:

• This role is an Independent Contractor role, not an employment visa or UAE labour contract.
• VAdz Media Inc. is currently operating under Canadian registration while expanding into Dubai.
• All invoices, contracts, and payments to clients are issued through VAdz Media Inc. (Canada) until the UAE license is established.
• The Contractor is responsible for ensuring they are permitted to conduct freelance/contracting activities under UAE regulations.
• The Contractor must not represent VAdz Media Inc. as a UAE-licensed company.
• All disputes fall under Ontario, Canada jurisdiction as per the contractor agreement.

Compensation

AED 2,000 – 3,500 monthly depending on experience

Commission:

10% – 20% on every client closed

Bonus:

Performance bonus for closing 5 clients in a month
