Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support student inquiries, guide prospective learners, and contribute to the growth of our EdTech programs. This is an office-based role focused on handling leads, conducting counseling calls, sharing program details, and assisting students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
- Provide clear and detailed information about courses, learning formats, and program outcomes
- Conduct tele-counseling sessions and guide students in selecting the right program
- Manage inquiries received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely conversions
- Record lead information, communication history, and updates in the CRM
- Share program brochures, fee structures, and support documents when required
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Good listening abilities and a student-friendly approach
- Comfortable handling calls and virtual interactions
- Organized, proactive, and consistent in follow-ups
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
