Business Development Executive - Education (SAP Training)

Position Title: Business Development Executive - Education

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our SAP Training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential candidates and professionals interested in SAP training, generating leads, and converting them into program registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential candidates interested in SAP training programs
• Generate and manage leads for SAP modules training registrations
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and client outreach to promote training programs
• Guide prospective candidates about SAP modules, training structure, and benefits
• Maintain a sales pipeline and track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth registration and onboarding of trainees
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential audiences for SAP training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in calling, counseling, and converting leads
• Good command of MS Office and basic sales reporting
• Target-driven mindset with strong client engagement skills
