Business Development Executive (Electrical Field)

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial market sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and key clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and technical proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on project inquiries, quotations, and tenders to ensure closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market data.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the electrical industry (lighting, switchgear, cables, panels, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of electrical products and project sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid UAE driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
