At Be Healthy, we’re not just a kitchen — we’re the world’s first multi-brand healthy meal-plan cloud kitchen platform, powering the UAE’s top meal plan brands, B2B food supply, catering, and emerging foodpreneurs with end-to-end production.

We’re looking for a hungry, results-driven Business Development Executive to acquire high-volume clients, expand our brand portfolio, and accelerate revenue growth across meal plans, B2B, and co-packing.

Your Mission

Bring in more sales. Scale more brands. Fill our 10,000+ meals/day capacity.

You’ll be the growth engine behind:

  • Onboarding new meal plan companies (white-label, hybrid, or full-recipe)
  • Signing B2B clients (gyms, cafés, hotels, corporate clients)
  • Partnering with emerging food brands (desserts, snacks, grab-and-go)
  • Driving volume growth across our in-house brands

Key Responsibilities

| Sales & Acquisition

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and close meal plan startups, established brands, and B2B food clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-volume, long-term production partners
  • Conduct demos of our 1,200 sqm state-of-the-art kitchen.

| Revenue Growth

  • Increase daily meal output by securing scalable, recurring orders
  • Negotiate production contracts, pricing, and SLAs with new partners
  • Upsell co-packing, private labeling, and premium import sourcing

| Brand & Market Expansion

  • Onboard new food brands into our Foodpreneurs Program (zero CapEx launch)
  • Support global F&B brands entering UAE with GCC-compliant co-packing & logistics
  • Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, pitch decks, and success stories

| Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and production ramp-up
  • Ensure smooth handoff to operations, tech, and logistics teams
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and secure renewals/referrals
