
Business Development Executive – Engineering
- Experience: Min. 5 Years
- Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Automobile/Industrial)
- Location: Chandigarh Technology Park
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (specifically for mechanical engineering services to EU and US market)
- Brief knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Sales CRM tools like Salesforce would be a plus
- Soft skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder/relationship management
- Identifying opportunities for business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Plan the marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Perform lead generation activities:
- Web research to identify target companies and contacts
- Identify synergies to develop propositions according to our capabilities
- Connect with identified contacts to setup meetings
- Keep the database and sales funnel updated all the time and present to concerned Managers
- Ensure the consistent and updated marketing collaterals including Website, LinkedIn, Marketing Presentations and/or any other social platform
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Understand industry trends along with current and upcoming competition
- Work closely with technical team to leverage TOFU and MOFU approach and offer solutioning to the prospects and/or qualified leads
- Participate in sales calls
- Ensure AS9100D compliance
