Position Objectives:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and targeted email campaigns. The role focuses on driving sales revenue, supporting promotional activities, managing client acquisition, and contributing to business growth strategies across the UAE region.
This role will work closely with the VP in formulating the annual business plan, setting sales goals, and tracking progress on a monthly basis.
Line Management:
- Directly reports to the Vice President.
- Daily review and feedback on tasks, performance, and planning.
- Collaborates closely with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:Sales Operations & Lead Generation:
- Source and qualify new sales opportunities via cold-calling, email outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and social media.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate qualified interest.
- Match client requirements with products available in stock and recommend suitable solutions.
Client Engagement & Territory Planning:
- Plan and implement a detailed sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients based on verticals such as ERP, AI Solutions, Custom Applications, CRM, and HRMS products.
- Support Pre-Sales team during meetings to ensure alignment on customer needs and objectives.
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate with VP to define annual and monthly sales budgets.
- Align efforts to meet sales targets and collection goals.
- Follow up and nurture opportunities until closure.
- Finalize and process client orders, issue Proforma Invoices (PI), and coordinate with the implementation team for delivery and payment collection.
Promotional Activities:
- Participate in planning and execution of webinars, digital campaigns, product promotions, and client events.
- Send regular email, social media, and platform blasts to generate interest and leads.
- Follow up on promotional leads and track success rates.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Submit daily call reports, maintain accurate CRM data, and share weekly sales forecasts.
- Attend internal reviews and planning sessions with VP.
- Keep updated with industry knowledge and complete certifications or training courses as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- 100+ outbound calls/emails per week
- Minimum 5 client meetings/week (virtual or in-person)
- Achieve 100% of monthly revenue and collection targets
- Generate 20+ qualified leads/month
- Close 3–5 orders/month depending on product value
- Participate in at least 1 promotional activity per month
- Completion of required certifications/training per quarter
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
Experience:
- 1–4 years in a similar sales or business development role
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in ERP, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise solutions
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of UAE business market and buying behaviors
