Role Overview

We are hiring a Business development executive to promote and sell our Business ERP Solution to SMEs across Pakistan. The product is built on Odoo, but will be marketed simply as “Our ERP System.”
Your job is to meet business owners, understand their operations, and close subscription deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to SMEs daily.
  • Pitch, demo, and sell our ERP solution.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to ERP modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, POS, CRM, Sales).
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and meet strict monthly targets.
  • Close deals and coordinate client onboarding.
  • Maintain daily visit logs and reporting.

Requirements

  • Prior software sales experience is mandatory.
  • ERP sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations (inventory, accounts, HR, POS).
  • Ability to work independently and perform under strict targets.
  • Own transport preferred.
