Business Development Executive - Events, Exhibition and Signage

Job Description

We are looking for Events and Exhibition Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales within the events and exhibition industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities in the events and exhibitions sector.

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and personalised service.

- Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company services and expand the client base.

- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the events and exhibitions industry in the UAE.

- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Results-oriented and able to work independently.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A valid driver’s license and own car are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 6,000.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month
