Business Development Executive – Events & School Programs

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow and manage our party bookings, school field trips, and in-school ceramic painting programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow party bookings (birthday parties, private events, group activities)
• Build partnerships with schools, nurseries, and educational institutions
• Pitch and organize ceramic painting workshops conducted at schools and nurseries
• Coordinate and promote school field trips to our café
• Conduct client meetings, school visits, and presentations
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build long-term relationships with schools, parents, and event organizers
• Meet monthly sales and outreach targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or events (education or kids’ activities experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching schools, nurseries, and parent groups
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the UAE school and events market preferred
