Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive / Expansion Officer to identify and secure new retail shop locations for our growing business. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in commercial leasing or business expansion within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential locations for new shop openings across the UAE.
• Conduct market research and area analysis to evaluate site potential, competition, and customer traffic.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other contractual details with landlords and property agents.
• Coordinate with mall management, real estate agencies, and developers.
• Prepare location proposals, feasibility studies, and reports for management review.
• Monitor ongoing expansion projects and ensure timely handover of new sites.
• Maintain updated records of property listings, rental rates, and lease renewals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or business development (preferably in UAE).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE commercial real estate market and retail locations.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
