Business Development Executive – Facility Management

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and generate new business opportunities in the facility management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and securing service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services (cleaning, maintenance, pest control, etc.)
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and online channels
  • Meet potential clients and present company services professionally
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in facility management or related services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Good knowledge of the local market in Qatar
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
