Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key segments in the UAE and wider GCC region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and delivering sales targets, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions to customers in industrial and commercial construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities in target markets (B2B industrial, construction, infrastructure)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and procurement teams
  • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maximizing profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pipeline health to inform strategic outreach
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events, site visits, and networking forums
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in building materials, industrial products, or construction)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Existing industry network in construction or industrial procurement in the GCC
  • Knowledge of technical building products and specification processes
  • Familiarity with tendering platforms and project management workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
