Job Description:

A real estate organization is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

- Negotiate and close sales transactions in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, real estate regulations, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

- Education: Intermediate or higher.

- 06 months to 1 year of Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a leading Real Estate Project.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have ability to Sales Lead generation.

- Age between 23-35 years.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
