Business Development Executive (Female Only)

New Horizons is hiring a confident and result-oriented female Business Development Executive to expand our outreach in schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in education-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and institutions
• Present and promote educational products and services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain client data and sales reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
