Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales growth and client expansion in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales strategies across retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, hotels, event planners, supermarkets, retail, and corporate accounts.
  • Pitch products and services to prospective clients and support deal closures.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing plans.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase order volume and product range.
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Market Research & Sales Support

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support the development of sales collaterals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience in hospitality, FMCG, retail, events, floral, or related industries is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license (car preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
