Business Development Executive – Ferrum Steel

We work with leading contractors, developers, and fabricators to deliver reliable reinforcement supply and technical support across the UAE’s fast-growing construction market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Business Development Executive with experience in the UAE construction or steel industry. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams and will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing new accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Ferrum Steel’s client base among contractors, fabricators, and project developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the UAE construction market for rebar supply and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Project Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Track project pipelines, upcoming tenders, and material requirements.
  • Support negotiations, closing of contracts, and coordination with operations and logistics teams.
  • Represent Ferrum Steel at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the steel, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Established relationships with UAE main contractors and familiarity with rebar procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of the construction supply chain and key market players.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
