Business Development Executive (Field Marketing | POS & Digital Solutions)

United Sol is seeking a Business Development Executive (Field Marketing | POS & Digital Solutions) to engage local businesses and promote innovative digital solutions.

The focus will be on promoting our all-in-one Omni system, Baseer.ca (https://baseer.ca/), to local businesses such as shops, boutiques, bakeries, and similar brands.

Baseer.ca offers a comprehensive POS, website, and app solution designed to help small and local businesses streamline their operations. To effectively reach this target audience, we need a marketing professional with specific experience in marketing to local businesses. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of engaging with small business owners, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of integrated solutions like ours.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to local businesses.
• Building relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Creating targeted campaigns to showcase the benefits of Baseer.ca’s POS, website, and app package.
• Collaborating with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
• Conduct field marketing activities, including in-person visits and meetings with local business owners to present and promote the solution.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in marketing to local businesses (e.g., shops, boutiques, bakeries).
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
