Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Industry (Field Sales)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Business Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA Preferred)
Industry Preference: SaaS / FMCG / Telecom Background
Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
- Promote and sell IT products/services, including SaaS-based solutions, to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS / FMCG / Telecom sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and pipeline management
- Target-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
