Business Development Executive - Field Sales

Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Industry (Field Sales)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Business Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA Preferred)
Industry Preference: SaaS / FMCG / Telecom Background

Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
  • Promote and sell IT products/services, including SaaS-based solutions, to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Strong field sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in SaaS / FMCG / Telecom sales preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and pipeline management
  • Target-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
