Business Development Executive (Fit-Out & Electromechanical)

Job Description: Safeland Electromechanical L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the interior fit-out, architectural lining, or construction sectors, with a proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out and electromechanical sectors in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and corporate clients.
• Lead project negotiations from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the technical and estimation teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction companies.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and multi-cultural communication skills.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing client portfolios.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
