We, at Emarat Aloula are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with significant experience in Facility Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector (soft services, hard services, integrated FM solutions).
- Experience in EPC will be added value for the candidate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and service proposals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and seamless handover of projects to the operations team.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in facility management and/or construction.
- Strong understanding of FM services (housekeeping, MEP services, security, landscaping, pest control, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
